The Subscription Agreement must be fully completed and signed by the investor. Complete instructions are found within the agreement.

The investment into this $5,000,000 Regulation D 506 C (Crowd Funding) investment offering is only available to accredited investors. The investment units are $5,000 each with a one unit minimum investment. There is a separate Subscription Agreement that must be fully completed and signed by the investor. The signed document and the investor’s check for the number of unit(s) they want to purchase must be sent together to the office of Distressed Realty Fund 2, LLC at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway Suite 500 Las Vegas, NV 89169. Mr. David Zussman J.D. is the Manager. His cell number is 714-342-0785, fax is 949-640-2814 and email address is zussman@cox.net. The fund banks with Chase bank in Las Vegas, NV.

The new securities laws require every investor to prove they are accredited before they are allowed to invest. The potential investor can use any independent verification service they choose as long as the fund’s management receives a copy of the vetting letter stating the investor is accredited. The fund’s management has included a short list of a few independent vetting services, their estimated cost and contact information. The investor must pay the small fee for the accreditation letter because they will own the letter that is good for 90 days and the investor can use the letter for other investments.

The investor can invest their IRA money from a self directed trust account at their bank, brokerage firm or an independent trust company such as Equity Trust. The IRA investor must complete the fund’s Subscription Agreement and complete the trust company instruction document and send both sets of documents to their IRA trust company. The trust company will follow their written instructions and issue a check from the investors account for the amount of money needed to purchase the number of unit(s) the investors requested. The check and a copy of both completed documents must be sent to fund’s address above.

The investor can also invest their family trust money, their personal money and their corporate pension plan money.
